The ShowerPowerBooster is so simple to fit and there are full instruction sent with the pumps but we are here to help if needed with in office time and out of office time contacts.

Once you have installed your Shower Power Booster should you find that this does not operate as anticipated we are here to help. To help us support you we require the following information:

1.0 Photographs (pump)
Please email us a photo so we can note the position of the pump.
Please show surrounding pipes rather than just a close up of the pump.

2.0 A Photograph (Shower or tap)
A photograph of your shower head is of particular importance

3.0 A Sketch
If your pipework is complex a sketch can tell us if there are potential issues with the pipework.
Is the pump fitted on a hot pipe going into the loft, across, and down to the shower (with no vent)?

4.0 Flow Measurement (litres per minute)
How much flow are you getting from your tap or shower in litres per minute with the Shower Power Booster turned on.
How much flow are you getting from the outlet you are boosting with the Shower Power Booster turned off. Measure the flow at full hot. Measure the flow at full cold.
If you measure the flow with the pump running and without it running, we can calculate what increase in pressure and flow you should be getting.

5.0 What Mixer Have You got?
Tell us the make and model of your mixer shower or mixer tap.
Tell us the make model and KW rating your electric shower.
We will look up the specifications for your shower mixer, tap mixer, or electric shower and advise you further.

What is next
1.0 If we find we can identify the problem on the information provided we will do so.
2.0 If further investigation is required, we can send you an easy to use test gage so you can record the pressure with the pump on and off. This can also tell us if the pump is working.
3.0 On the very rare occasion that the issue cannot be determined the inventor Alan Wright will look to visit you and will do if it is practical to do so. Please let us have your address when you send us information. His visit will be free of charge.
