Market Leader – Mixergy is the market leader in providing water based energy storage without water savings in UK homes having gained over £20 Million in grants to develop a complex and expensive system. UK Grants – Innovate UK claims to use unbiased independent experts to assess grant applications. I believe that experts in the employ of Mixergy and others with a vested interest should not be allowed score grant applications. I believe the UK grant system is broken and dysfunctional. The refusal of the latest £100K innovation grant on the 24th July was unexpected as I hoped the validation by the UEA would force assesors to see beyond their own prejudices. I did not know individual assessors are anonymouse and their individual scores are not published. Those with vested interests cannot take away the fact that under the scrutiny of academic excellence it is proven that my simple tank can massively outperform the current market leading tank by storing 17 KWhr of energy, and delivering 14 perfect showers from a simple tank. Norfolk Pilot – I am hoping to widen the scope and geographical area of the pilot to the whole of Norfolk, still working with Norfolk Industries, and I hope to be able to personally visit potential customers in Norfolk who want any of the innovations covered by these two booklets:-
