22mm Copper Pipe & Plastic – Outside diameter 22mm. The ShowerPowerBooster pump is fitted with 22mm olives to fit directly onto 22mm pipe. Just add some pipe stiffeners to the inside of the plastic pipe.
15mm Copper & Plastic Pipe – Outside diameter 15mm. We supply a conversion piece to fit directly to 15mm copper pipe. Just add some pipe stiffeners to the inside of the plastic pipe.
3/4 inch Copper Pipe – Outside diameter 22.2 mm . You need to buy a 22mm to 3/4 inch conversion olives or sand down the diameter of the pipe a little.
1/2 inch Copper Pipe – Outside diameter 14.9mm or 15.8mm. All new 1/2 inch pipe and indeed most old 1/2 inch copper pipe is 14.9mm o.d. so you can use our reducing sets supplied with the pipes. The 15mm olives will tighten down to 14.9mm ok but 1/2 inch olives are so cheap, buy 1/2 inch olives locally.
Some older homes may have old thick walled 1/2 inch pipes which is 5/8 inches o.d (15.8 mm). You will be very unlucky to have 5/8th pipe but if you have such pipes, the copper is quite soft, and emery cloth can reduce the diameter to take the 15mm olives we supply.
