The simple answer to can a shower head increase water pressure water pressure is No
There are some shower heads sold which can make best use of what pressure you do have and others that do not.
My own WrightChoise shower heads are inexpensive and use whatever flow and pressure you have to maximise the effect – others are far more expensive and do nothing to improve showers with low water pressure.

This is the worst shower head – Avoid
I purchased my Showery shower head on the 11th March and received it today (25th March). It arrived (from China?) in an envelope with a Customs Declaration of ‘USD 1.5’ so you can start with tax fraud as they have illegally evaded UK Vat at 20%. Before I purchased I asked for confirmation that it would work with 1 metre head. Today I checked the shower head at 1 metre head and all I got was a pathetic dribble of water. This shower head is not fit for purpose and this makes me question the number of 5 star reviews and if these are paid for reviews? I believe the videos you may see promoting this shower head are not showing you the reality of what you will get if you buy this shower head so I will be posting a video showing the shower head with just one metre head for you to see for yourself. At least on Trustpilot you can post honest reviews so thank you Trustpilot.
