Our in-line micro pumps will provide hot water recirculation (Instant hot water to showers and taps). For illustrative purposes only the system shown to illustrate how it works is an unvented cylinder. Our pumps can be rated to deal with any specific requirement and for your factories 15 watts will be normal, in your home, 5 or 8 watt pumps are better.
In addition to a WrightPumps Inline Pump you will need:-
x1 – 22mm single check valve fitted on the pipe between the bottom of the cylinder and the bottom of the cold water tank. The purpose of this valve is to stop convection of heat up towards the cold water tank.
x1 – Thermostat (the one sold for an emersion heater is perfect)
X1 – 1/4 turn check valve (NRV)
x1 – Return water pipe (15mm copper or 10mm plastic)

INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
Install NRV
Install Micro Pump
Install return pipework and flow control valve
Attach Thermostat to Pipe and link this electrically to the micro pump (instructions sent with pump).
If you want to boost the flow and pressure as well you have two options.
Option One – Install a SP21S on the flow and return:-

Option Two
Install a SP2B after the recirculation loop:-

Detailed drawings and instructions are in the booklet sent with the pumps but you can download the online version of this guide using the orange link on this page.
