Our in-line micro pumps will provide hot water recirculation (Instant hot water to showers and taps). For illustrative purposes only the system shown to illustrate how it works is an unvented cylinder. Our pumps can be rated to deal with any specific requirement and for your factories 15 watts will be normal, in your home, 5 or 8 watt pumps are better.

In addition to a WrightPumps Inline Pump you will need:-
x1 – 22mm single check valve fitted on the pipe between the bottom of the cylinder and the bottom of the cold water tank. The purpose of this valve is to stop convection of heat up towards the cold water tank.
x1 – Thermostat (the one sold for an emersion heater is perfect)
X1 – 1/4 turn check valve (NRV)
x1 – Return water pipe (15mm copper or 10mm plastic)

22mm Single Check Valve
Thermostat (normally used for an emersion heater)

The valve is a simple 1/4 turn valve
This diagram above illustrates the components and the temperature of the pipes when the hot water recirculation is activated.
