An Alternative To Fitting Pumps in Loft
You can always achieve a “Whole House” solution where a single pump can boost every shower and tap in a home.
If a home has some pipes in the loft feeding taps and showers, and others under the floor boards feeding taps and showers, you can
boost the whole house or just one shower with as a single SP2B or a SP22S.
When pipes rise from the airing cupboard – across the loft – then down – the pipes in the loft will trap air.
Venting this air is essential.
The alternative to fitting pumps in the loft is just to vent the pipes in the loft, whilst fitting the actual pumps next to the hot water tank.
Or if you think fitting the pumps in the loft is better for you, then fit the pumps in the loft.
