A good shower head is vitally important to achieving a good shower. A good shower is a shower which is given sufficient pressure for a good and defined shower spray pattern and a flow adequate to wash away soap and suds.

Low pressure is the pressure which is achieved when you have a gravity system feeding and upstairs shower. This pressure is 1 metre head. When demonstrating showers that work with low pressures it is important show that the shower heads are working under true low pressure conditions without hidden pumps and paid influencers. There is no such thing as a shower head that will increase your water pressure and anyone who tells you anything differently simply does not know what they are talking about. Certain shower heads CAN increase the velocity {force} of your water, this is always a trade off as increasing the velocity of spay jets by reducing their volume means less water to wash away suds.
