This SP22S pumps are more commonly used to boost the hot and cold pressures for the whole house but If a shower reacts to running other outlets — a toilet flushing, a hot or cold tap running — this two pump pack protects the hot and cold flows.
If a shower only reacts to hot outlets, a single SP2B on the hot is often enough.
The SP22S is a pack of two WRAS-approved automatic booster pumps — one for the hot feed, one for the cold — with a single 3-amp transformer and linking cables included. With both feeds boosted and protected, the pressure at your shower stays up and the temperature stays put, whatever the rest of the house is doing. Each pump protects flow rates up to 6 L/min for showers; 8.5 L/min for mixed tap flow.
Both pumps detect flow and start by themselves, and both carry WRAS approval — the UK’s independent verification that they’re safe to fit to your home’s water supply.
